I wasn't sure to label her as a water spirit, sorceress or what.. But I think with those haunted eyes, she must be transforming o.o
Does she want the transformation or no? o.o You fullfill that part in your mind...
Water is also symbolic for change, flexibility, sometimes illusion.. o.o
This is kind of a fun picture but still linked to my psyche...

It always amazes me how "simple" programs can create such smooth and detailed artwork. I like how the lighting is empasized in just the right ways and the colors are a mix of being soft and vibrant. Have a long look at Transformation by *So-naa (Suggested by ~phoenixtears and Featured by `Aeires)
